Ben and Christina… The type of couple that every portrait photographer always hopes to be able to photograph. Especially when you get to capture their wedding. These two are the type of couple who “think” that they are not photogenic, or “think” that they get nervous in front of a camera. But the truth is, they are the couple that just naturally fall into the perfect pose every you even think about pressing the shutter on the camera. But the key to there “perfect-ness”…is each other. There might be a possibility that they would be a tad bit more nervous if it was just them by their self in the photo, but once they hold each others hand, or start to kiss each other, everything around them just seems to disappear. And that is when you get the most intimate, candid, and romantic shots. Which is what I always look for when photographing a couple. some people like to call it…TRUE LOVE

You hear people say a beautiful bride on her wedding day will turn any dark room into a vibrant and sparkling scene. You also hear that a woman will glow with a special and radiant beauty when she is pregnant. Well if you take both of those and put them together….you will have Karly. Which in turn will give you a very proud and lively groom. And on this day, that lucky man happened to be Jason Fisher.
Jason and Karly’s wedding was anything but ordinary. However, it had more love and happiness then almost any other I’ve been to. If I could use one word to describe what their wedding was centered around, it couldn’t be anything other then family. Everybody who was there could feel the connections and bonds they had with each other. And as Jason and Karly exchanged their vows, many looked on, not only from the seats around them, but also from the heavens above.
I feel so privileged anytime I’m able to be apart of and capture a ceremony and night like this. Because afterwards, I always have a sense of thankfulness that fills me. Thank you so much Jason and Karly, and may you have a very happy life of marriage and parenthood.

We were so happy to be able to capture this very special time for Kristen and Justin Brantner. They are expecting their second child, Khloe Brantner and wanted to be able to capture Kristen’s pregnancy is a very special, fun, and beautiful way. Which wasn’t a challenge at all being Kristen could easily win the next season of ANTPM (America’s Next Top Pregnant Model) They also had Kylee, their first born and very cute little girl with them which brought a whole new aspect to their session and also made it so much more fun. When we first talked to Trang over the phone, she said that the one thing she wanted out of her senior photos, was to have something different. So after a few suggestions we decided to shoot her senior pictures out at Alki Beach in Seattle, WA. We actually ended up in quite a few different locations around Alki Beach which made picking out our favorites almost as hard as trying to find a parking space on Alki Drive. There were so many to choose from but at the end of the day, here were some of our favorites.

We met up with Maddie for a perfect sunny evening out at Beaver Lake to get her Senior Pictures shot. Despite being a little nervous, Maddie is one of those girls who you just want to keep taking pictures of because they just keep getting better and better. She had the perfect smile on her face the entire time which made the entire session so much fun . Maddie runs Cross Country, Track and plays soccer. But when we asked her what she likes best about all of those she said, “It’s definitely not all the running… It’s all my friends.” All in all, we had a great time meeting Maddie and we are so thrilled with how her photos turned out!
